Reflexology is rooted in Traditional Chinese Medice. It is based on the principle that there are reflexes in your feet, hands and ears that corilate to every part gland and organ of the body. By applying pressure to reflexes we are supporting the body's efforts to relieve tension, improve circulation and move into the parasympathetic mode of the nervous system which allows it to function optimally.

Modern medicine has affected for the positive how we administer reflexology. With the advances in technology some in the medical field have been able to prove the effectiveness of reflexology and thus creating a new science based/evidence based form of reflexology which is very affective and has helped thousands with specific complaints.
